Delivery policy

We deliver to serviceable pincodes in Pune. Check yours at the top of any page; checkout only accepts pincodes we deliver to.

Orders placed by 10 PM are delivered the next morning between 6 and 8 AM. Orders placed after 10 PM are delivered the morning after.

Any delivery charge is confirmed with you before the order is placed.

Delivery times are a target, not a guarantee. If weather, traffic or supply issues will delay your order, we will message you on WhatsApp.

If nobody is available, we follow your delivery instructions (for example, leaving the order with security). Please make sure someone can receive perishable items such as eggs.
